Carter retains information obtained through advertising platform integrations only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable Carter services, meet contractual or legal requirements, maintain security or audit records, or as otherwise permitted by the applicable third-party platform's policies.

Certain third-party platforms impose specific requirements regarding storage, caching, refreshing, or deletion of API data. Carter handles such information in accordance with applicable platform requirements.

  • authorization is revoked; or

  • the credentials are no longer required to provide the applicable services.
